As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the supervisor and leading the charge in any field operations. You may be responsible at times for coordinating the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as Labor, Equipment, and Materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. As a Site Supervisor you will be a leader, guiding and mentoring crew members and assisting them in carrying out their duties. You will also assist in communication between the customer and crew. This position is great training grounds to be promoted into a Project Supervisor Position.

Other Compensation: Quarterly Performance Bonuses, Commission on sales and Truck usage for work and some personal use

As a Landscape Project Supervisor, you will be managing many of the most important aspects of the company’s success. You will serve as the company’s eyes and ears on all project sites, making sure that all work is completed correctly and efficiently. You will be managing and motivating and working alongside team members as well as working with staff and customers, ensuring successful project installations and site management. You must have experience in equipment operation, project installation, landscape and hardscape management and more.
