You will serve as the company’s main contact for projects, making sure that all work is planned, scheduled, and delivered correctly and efficiently. You will be coordinating and leading team members as well as working with staff and customers, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. You will serve as the company’s eyes and ears on all project sites, making sure that all work is completed correctly and efficiently. You will be managing and motivating and working alongside team members as well as working with staff and customers, ensuring successful project installations and site management. You must have experience in equipment operation, project installation, landscape and hardscape management and more.

A Landscape Crew Member is responsible for executing tasks given by the Site Supervisor and supervisor to create beautiful landscapes for people to enjoy. Your duties include building hardscapes, planting, sodding, laying sod, mulch, and low voltage lighting. This position is a great training ground to be promoted into a Site Supervisor Position.

As a Site Supervisor, you will serve as a leader on the job site—guiding and mentoring crew members while supporting clear communication between the customer and the crew. You will help coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to ensure efficient use, timely completion of work, and adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards. This role also provides an excellent training ground for advancement into a Project Manager position.
