Every outdoor space deserves to be built with confidence. Each project includes warranty coverage designed to protect your investment when proper care and maintenance are upheld.
Structural & Workmanship Warranty
All installations include a one-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship from the date of installation. This does not cover issues resulting from neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage caused by acts of nature.
Residential Plant Warranty
Trees and shrubs are covered for one year from the date of planting. Perennials are covered for six months. If plant material fails within that period, it will be replaced one time at the original proposal size. An irrigation system approved or installed by Reedy River Landscapes must be in place for this warranty to apply. Once installed, all nursery stock becomes the client’s property, and its care and maintenance are the client’s responsibility.
Residential Limited Sod Warranty
Sod installations include a one-year limited warranty when connected to an approved and monitored irrigation system. This warranty is void if damage results from natural occurrences such as extreme weather, fungus, insects, or animal activity, or from abuse such as chemical misuse, foot traffic, or improper irrigation management.
Hardscape Warranty
Patios, walkways, walls, and structures are covered by a one-year labor warranty against workmanship issues such as shifting, settling, or unnatural movement. Hardscape installed on existing footers or concrete cannot be warrantied.
Lighting Warranty
Lighting systems include a one-year labor warranty covering improper wiring and connections. Fixtures, transformers, and bulbs are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Labor charges will apply for any necessary replacements.
Warranty Conditions
All warranties are valid only when the final bill has been paid in full in accordance with the terms of the contract.
