Problem
The Hensons were preparing to install a pool but faced major challenges with the topography and stormwater runoff. Their two-acre property funneled water straight toward the future pool area, threatening both the structure and their plans for a cohesive outdoor living space.
On top of the drainage concerns, the yard's steep grade made it difficult to envision a usable, inviting outdoor environment.
